Every time I read some news item about the Talibaptists wanting to ban gay marriage I think of the Impaled Nazarene song "Damnation (Raping the Angels,)" in which Mika Luttinen repeats, with a heavy Finnish accent, the broken English phrase "I was homosexual partner of Jesus Christ." I know, it's not really a gay anthem, but it springs to mind immediately.

More seriously, I now have "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge stuck in my head. So perhaps that counts as a more serious answer.

The first song I thought of is random, but "Killer Queen" by Queen has always sounded pretty damn gay to me...at least the flamboyant, decadent, campy side of the broader gay genre. Ironically, it's my best friend's favorite song, and he's straight.
