What a bunch of self-righteous jerks there are on this site.
And REALLY, a "drive-by"? THAT'S constructive.
I think the greater question is here is why the state feels the need to regulate EVERYTHING.
Why shouldn't there be BOTH smoking and non-smoking bars? Why can't the public make that choice FOR THEMSELVES?
Health Care costs? yeah, I've heard that argument. What's next? telling people how much they can eat? compulsory exercise?
Employee safety? Nothing says you have to work at a smoking bar if you don't want to.
ENOUGH of the effing Nanny State. I'm an adult, I can make decisions ( even ones the self righteous think are wrong) FOR MYSELF
