mlknchzI’ve seen low-budget movies. This film, however, seemed to be entirely financed by returning pop-bottles for their deposit.
Why is it that bringing Lovecraft to the screen always appears to be the preserve of the most inarticulate and amateurish film-makers? people who, moreover, have no understanding of or respect for the source material.
Gore is no substitute for having something to SAY, people.
This film is wretched; I wouldn’t even recommend its viewing for the purposes of torture at Gitmo.
