I started calling one of my co-workers - whose last name is Miller - "Ghostface" Millah, and that stuck

man, i've stuck a fair few people with nicknames or, at the least, given them the form of their name people use (i.e., my friend amanda is, amongst my friends, often referred to as dr. amanda, using her title as well, and her beau john allen is referred to by his first and last name because i use it that way).

other nicknames given include the gato, aberdeen, the trench, jt (a shortening of a nickname), benjesus, the puppy, rags, and probably a few others. most of these have been used on a fairly regular basis.
