EASY....A copy of good old Earth, but scrubbed clean of pollution and damage. The population would comprise just me, a few friends and a few million android servitors. There would be 8-10 cities of romanticized 1930s vintage around the globe, linked by zeppelin flights and railroads. But for the most part, the planet would be pristine. A fleet of ships out in Mars orbit carry on any needed manufacturing, and provide security from comet or meteor strikes. Two or three ships in Earth orbit beam broadcast power down to the surface, providing plentiful power to keep the lights on. These ships also have the capability to instantaneously transport anyone or anything to and from any point on the planet.
