People talk about Nazi Germany as if it were a monolithic entity that had total control over its people. There were other resistance events, other people who fought Hitler from the start, but both of these show that NO government, no tyranny, however strong, can truly make its people conform to its will.
These are also important because both were made up of women or children, two groups that historically have had no voice, and certainly had none in Hitler's Germany.
