What this officer SHOULD have said "You're right, young man, I made a mistake. No-one is above the law. You're showing a lot of character and courage by pointing that out to me. Here's my badge number."

But NO, instead the cop shows the arrogance that has made many law-abiding citizens dislike their police. It's pretty sad, really. I hope the cop is identified and disciplined
