CALM DOWN!
We're not going to war against Russia; it's just posturing to re-start the Cold War...the "War on Terror" isn't generating enough cash for anybody's military-industrial complex. New body armor and infantry weapons systems are small potatoes. We need BIG enemies so we can spend trillions on BIG weapons. ICBM submarines! new main battle tanks! artillery systems! Simple as that.
